1. Install PTC Mathcad 15 M045. Do not install PTC License Server. Do not configure license at the end of Setup

2. Copy "mathcad.exe" to <mathcad progdir> (by default C:\Program Files\Mathcad\Mathcad15\ or C:\Program Files(x86)\Mathcad\Mathcad15\) and overwrite original one

3. Enjoy
